Anduril Industries will build Arsenal-2, a two million square-foot shipyard for Virginia-class submarine production, at Tradepoint Atlantic in Baltimore County. The state says the $3.7 billion private investment will create more than 3,100 new permanent jobs. Anduril separately expects a Navy contract of up to $2.9 billion, which is not counted here.
